Lit in four steps

No ladder gymnastics, no spiralling a string round every branch.

  1. Top it with the star

    Fix the star topper to the tip of your tree with the included mount.

  2. Let the strands fall

    The light strands hang from the star ring. Spread them evenly round the tree.

  3. Plug it in

    Connect the power adapter and plug it into the wall.

  4. Choose a scene

    Open the app or press the remote. The whole tree changes straight away.

Will it fit my tree?

One set is sized for trees up to about 1.8 m (6 ft). If your tree is taller, email shop.pinelume@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

How does it attach?

The star topper sits on the tip of the tree using the included mount, and the light strands hang down from its ring. Spread them round the tree and you're done — no wrapping.

Do I need Wi-Fi or a hub?

No. It connects to your phone by Bluetooth through the free iDeal LED app for iOS and Android, and the included remote works without a phone at all.

Can I use it outdoors?

It's rated IP44 (splash-resistant), which covers splashes and a sheltered porch. It isn't designed for heavy rain or standing water.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship in 1–3 business days and arrive 7–12 business days after that, with tracking by email. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 10.

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?

Email shop.pinelume@gmail.com with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement. Every set is covered for 2 years.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund, no reason needed. Email shop.pinelume@gmail.com to start a return.

Which plug does it come with?

Mains adapter with EU plug. Ordering from outside the EU? Email us first and we'll confirm the right adapter for your country.
